The interior of the villa exemplifies contemporary comfort and refined design. The entrance opens onto a vast living area of over 80 m², which becomes the heart of the home. This bright space features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals, a lounge area with a TV for relaxing evenings, and an indoor dining space. The large retractable windows offer uninterrupted views of the outside, creating a harmonious flow between the interior and nature.


Outdoors 

Outside, the area is designed for fully enjoying the beautiful days with a focus on relaxation and well-being. A large, furnished terrace surrounds the pool, ideal for organizing al fresco dining while admiring the surroundings. You can take advantage of the sun loungers to relax by the pool (10mx5m), dive into the blue waters for a refreshing moment, or gather around the pétanque court for convivial afternoons. The landscaped garden and the stunning sea view provide a sense of serenity and freedom.

- Note:

The pool can be heated during the months of April and October (possibly May, June, and September depending on weather conditions). Preheating is recommended 2 days before your arrival and depends on the outside temperature and weather.


Staff & Services

The villa services include the price of daily housekeeping (Monday to Friday for a duration of 4 hours per day) as well as the final cleaning at the end of the stay.
