Talulah is a beautiful villa nestling in the heart of a private estate in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio. This charming residence with its heated pool, has an architecture reminiscent of the houses on Ibiza, with their flat roofs and white rendering. Indoors 

The house comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet, a living room with kitchen opening onto the lounge area (which enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains and the maquis from its 4-metre bay), 3 bedrooms (each with en suite shower room and separate toilet) and a fourth independent bedroom (below the house) overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a central island that can easily seat 8 people. A washing machine is located in a small adjoining storeroom.
The lounge has two sofas, a 49-inch curved Samsung TV and wifi access (orange).


Outdoors​ 

This villa enjoys an exceptional location in a peaceful setting. It sits on a 1,100 m² wooded plot with a magnificent, unoverlooked view of the Aiguilles de Bavella mountain range.
Numerous terraces are available for gatherings, or for seclusion if you're looking for a little peace and relaxation.
Off the kitchen to the south is the first wooden terrace, with shade sail and barbecue available.
From the living room, you can access a large terrace with a shaded pergola under which there is a pleasant dining area. A staircase leads to another terrace above the roofs, offering a south-facing solarium. 
Finally, you can enjoy the swimming pool (8x4 m - depth: 1.6 m) with terraces and sun loungers. It is salt-treated, heated and secured by alarme.
You can also enjoy the two cork oaks, which create a natural shaded area, located by the pool.
The property has private parking for 3 cars in front of the house.


Location

The heart of the village, 3 km away, has all amenities (shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, medical centre, pharmacy, etc....).
Pinarello beach (ranked as the 20th most beautiful beach in the world) can be reached in 12 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car (parking available even in August).
All the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica are 30 minutes away (Santa Guilia, Palombaggia, Rondinara etc.). Bonifacio and the Lavezzi islands are also within easy reach.
The Cavu river with its famous natural pools is just 15 minutes away, and you'll be close to the start/finish of the GR20.
You are also 20 minutes from Porto Vecchio and 40 minutes from Figari airport.
