Note: The sixth bedroom is a staff bedroom. It can still be used for guests, but it does not have a window to the outside.


Indoors 

Inside, the house exudes elegance and light. Cécile Schwartz, the interior designer, has carefully selected every detail of the décor to create a symphony of refinement and discretion, making every stay unforgettable. Each living area benefits from an abundance of natural light, thanks to the omnipresent Tropezian sunshine. The generous volumes and spaciousness of the villa are enhanced by a refined décor, playing with shades of colour reminiscent of the emblematic ‘Terre d'Hermès’, such as sienna and terracotta, which echo the immaculate white. These colours, combined with soft, organic materials, give the house a unique character. 
The welcoming ground floor is organised around a warm living room, overlooking a luminous panorama, and an elegant dining room. This gathering space is ideal for convivial, intimate meals for up to twelve guests.
The bedrooms are on 3 levels.
On the lower level, you can enjoy a wonderful wellness area. Next to the herbal tea room are a gym, sauna and relaxation pool (6 x 2m).


Outdoors 

The Mediterranean garden, with its local flora, is the ideal setting for sunbathing or a contemplative stroll, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the village.
The heated swimming pool (10 x 4m) is the heart of the Tropezian summers, surrounded by a pool house where you can relax after a refreshing swim. Grill lovers will be delighted, while a pétanque court will add to the laughter and conviviality of family and friends gatherings.

The property enjoys a privileged location on the Côte d'Azur, perched in the secure Bella Vista estate. It overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque village of Saint-Tropez, with its famous bell tower. The close proximity of the village allows you to enjoy an authentic Tropezian experience, walking to the lively market in Place des Lices or exploring the luxury boutiques nestled in the historic alleyways. The azure beaches of Pampelonne are also within easy reach.
