Contemporary, high class vacation in South Tyrol: The villas are a pair of holiday homes, set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple trees, just outside the city of Bolzano. They were designed by architect Peter Pichler. The villa offer a unique chance to spend a beautiful vacation surrounded by contemporary architecture of the highest standards and the most astonishing Landscape and beauty nature has to offer.


Indoors

The 2 joined vacation homes are oriented towards east with each a private garden and an autonomous access and parking for the guests.
Each unit contains a kitchen / living room as well as a bath and bedroom with big skylights that open to allow natural light and ventilation. A small basement serves for temporary storage.

Each house accommodates ideally 2 persons and up to a maximum of 4 persons and has:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 living room with 1 double couch bed
- 1 bathroom
- Storage for sport equipment


Outdoors

There is a spacious terrace + a private garden and in the summer months a shared garden with a communal swimming pool for both houses and a self service pool bar.
Under the houses there is also a common deposit for sports equipment or other.

The villas are set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple trees just outside the city of Bolzano.

- For more than 2 persons 50€ extra / night per person. For 4 adults we recommend booking villa North and villa South
