Indoors

Featuring design touches and authenticity, its interiors are inspired by modern architecture and art. You will find a living room with a vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool, as well as a fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The house’s arches, warm stone walls, and sunlit terraces are inspired by the 16th-century architecture of the town. Similarly, the furniture is a careful selection of design and vintage pieces. With its 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people, making it perfect for staying with family or friends.


Outdoors

The exteriors allow you to enjoy the warm Italian summer days with a pool (15 x 2.5m, Depth: 1.40m) and relaxation areas in gardens adorned with jacarandas.
There is also a shaded outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen that can accommodate up to 16 people.


Staff & Services

The property has 3 staff members: one is dedicated to the garden and checks the pool daily, while the other two take care of cleaning the house and can prepare breakfast or dinner upon request at an additional cost.


Location

The property is ideally located in the charming town of Muro Leccese. It is close to cafes, restaurants, beautiful Baroque churches, museums, and lovely squares on narrow streets just steps from the door. The Salentine peninsula has many beautiful towns to visit, including Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, famous for its cathedral, and Galatina. The nearest beaches are 15 minutes from the house.
