Villa White Salmon is a beautiful house located at the "lands end" in the charming bay of the Capo Santa Maria di Leuca, just steps from the sea. Born from a visionary project by the architect B. Paolo Torsello in the 70s, this luxorious villa is a rare example of the post-modernist period and certainly one of the most important structures on the coast. Backed by pine forest and facing the aquamarine waters of the Ionian sea, its staggered levels create a unique relationship where nature and architecture meet. This italian holiday home is a true modern tribute to the family and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a perfect place for incredible holidays on the Salento Coast.

Indoors
Built on various levels, the house stretches towards the sea, giving its occupants the feeling that the outdoor spaces become part of the rooms of the house.
Blanched completely in white inside and outside, the house has has bright and angled interiors, with large expanses of glass facing the sea, eliminating the boundaries between environments.
The interior design recalls the 70's era, with modern furnitures and pieces that complement the architecture with a relaxed beachy vibe.
The downstairs living spaces have interrelated connections with three independent sitting rooms, lounge and dining areas that open out to the terraces, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are five bedrooms in total (two doubles and three singles) and four complete bathrooms.
Outdoors
The property has pleasant exteriors and is ideally placed next to the turquoise waters of the wonderful Salento.
Guests can appreciate various areas which are the spot for breezy relaxing moments by the sea. They can find a large garden with lawn, a vast pine forest (at the back, inside the property), with hammocks for dozing off to the sounds of the waves and table tennis area.
They can also enjoy outdoor equipped terraces, dining areas, a solarium, outdoor showers, and a direct access to the sea.
The property also has an internal parking.

The price includes a weekly intermediate housekeeping of 3 hours (for stays of more than two weeks).
Location
Villa White Salmon is located in Santa Maria di Leuca (Puglia - Italy), a few minutes drive from the lively village of Santa Maria di Leuca and 10 minutes from the small village of Gagliano del Capo.
To the north, the village of Torre Vado (Posto Vecchio) has long sandy beaches, a small harbour and plenty of markets, cafes and a beautiful pedestrian promenade to explore. Along the cape is one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia, characterised by a high rocky coastline with impressive views, hidden bays and small caves to explore. The beautiful baroque town of Lecce, is an hour's drive to the north, and the charming UNESCO World Heritage port city of Otranto is a 45-minute drive away.
Visitors can enjoy some of the best beaches of Salento, including Torre Del Orso, Santa Andrea and Alimini, as well as those on the Ionian coast. The luxurious resorts of Leuca and Santa Cesarea Terme are 15 minutes south.
Brindisi is just over ninety minutes away and its airport is 130 km away.
