On the ground floor, you'll find two suites ideal for families (one has been specially designed for children), plus a 3rd suite with a private entrance (location) at the corner of the villa for added privacy.
Upstairs, the master suite stands out for its luxury and meticulous decoration.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, office table, TV, safe, dressing room, private terrace, balcony.


Indoors 

Bathed in natural light thanks to its large picture windows, the house offers a harmonious connection with the outdoors and superb views of the surrounding countryside. 
The interior of the villa promises moments of relaxation and conviviality in a bright, contemporary environment. The living room, complete with Smart TV, is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The dining room, with its open fireplace, provides a cosy setting for meals with family and friends. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents. A multi-purpose room upstairs can be converted into a games room or office, depending on your needs.


Outdoors 

The villa's outdoor areas have been designed to maximise your comfort and provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation and leisure. The landscaped terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with a pizza oven for those festive evenings. The swimming pool (15 x 5m), that can be heated at an additional cost, is secured by a roller shutter and invites you to swim at any time of day.
Sports enthusiasts will love the private five-a-side football pitch, the fully-equipped gym, and the trampoline area and table tennis table for family activities.


Staff & Services

The housekeeper looks after the villa every morning from 08:00 to 12:00, ensuring that the house is always spotless.
The gardener/swimming pool attendant is responsible for keeping the villa's exterior in good condition every day. 
The villa manager will be on hand to welcome you and deal with any problems you may have. 

The price includes breakfast.

The house does the shopping and pays for the food and the cook. You will be charged a fixed amount per meal (based on a menu proposed by the villa).

Location

Ideally located just 20 minutes from Marrakech's vibrant city centre and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa is the perfect base from which to explore the region.
