This beautiful 78m² apartment features a spacious living area that includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, offering a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Its contemporary interior design with high-quality fabrics harmoniously blends with its high ceilings and exposed beams, adding a touch of authenticity to the whole.
Outdoors
You will have access to a comfortable terrace with stunning views of the Mont-Blanc massif. Facing east, it allows for pleasant sunlight. The apartment also features one parking space.

You will have access to the common facilities of the residence: Daddy Pool dining bar*, game room, coworking space, fitness room, wellness area with spa (including hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage room), and heated outdoor and indoor pools (with a recreational pool). A public shuttle service (free) is also available and accessible to all. It will allow you to reach, within minutes, the Evasion Mont Blanc and Les Portes du Mont Blanc ski areas, as well as the Megève town center. The apartment also offers a variety of activities, entertainment, and dining services (available on request and at an additional cost), such as swimming lessons, sports coaching, themed workshops for children, and a dining bar.

Location
Located in the "Les Vériaz" district of Megève, the residence where the apartment is situated enjoys an ideal location just a few minutes from the village center of Megève and 1 km from the ski areas (Evasion Mont Blanc, Espace Diamant, and Les Portes du Mont Blanc). The nearest ski lifts are 3 km from the complex. The Espace Diamant ski area is also accessible within a 10-minute drive from the residence.

The Spa and pools are not open in the low season (March to end of June and September to mid-December).
