In this single-storey villa of 170 m², the dining room opens onto the living room which opens directly onto the outside. The living room has large sofas with a TV/Multimedia with TNT. In this area, there is also a kitchen with an American refrigerator and Tassimo coffee maker. The house has four bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Outdoors​ 

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool 4 x 9 m (max depth of 1.10 m) with safety shutter. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace and its shaded dining area with a gas barbecue. A petanque court is at guests disposal. Quiet but not isolated, it is the ideal place to rest and enjoy the beauty of Corsica. The property has parking.

The Marina di Fiori beach and the shops are only 1 km from the villa. Guests will also have easy access to various sporting activities in the vicinity: golf, scuba diving, quads, jet skiing, water skiing, canyoning, horse riding, etc.
