Indoors 

Upon entering you will be greeted by a light-bathed lounge of 90m2 thanks to its glass windows that also offer a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. The expansive ceilings give an impressive height of 4.35m. A contemporary design dining table facilitates convivial meals, without ever losing sight of the mesmerising panorama viewable from the panoramic living room facing the pool. A fully equipped American kitchen, including a wine cellar for 30 bottles, completes this space. Additionally, a fitness room with a shower is available, equipped with a treadmill, an elliptical bicycle, a rower, and dumbbells.


Outdoors 

The property boasts a garden of more than 2070m2, facing south, offering impressive panoramic views. Shade sails are arranged in areas, allowing manageable light throughout the day. You can also enjoy the overflowing swimming pool (15mx3m/1.45m) during hot summer days (pool is not heated between 01/11 and 15/04, for an extra fee). It is also secured by an electric rolling shutter.
