Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

The interior of the villa is designed to relax and enjoy life by the sea. The large picture windows that open onto the terraces, the beautiful garden and the pool will ensure that you always feel connected to the outdoors.
The villa faces due south. It benefits from morning-to-evening sunshine from the terraces and swimming pool. The architecture of the villa means that the sun doesn't penetrate directly into the rooms of the house, which is very appreciable in Corsica. 

The spacious living room includes a large sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and WiFi throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, two types of coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher and other top-of-the-range equipment for cooking enthusiasts. A separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also available. Baby facilities are available free of charge.

The villa has 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite with a 160x200 cm double bed and a large-screen Smart TV, and 2 others with 2 80x200 cm single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and decorated with care, creating a cosy, soothing atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Outdoors​ 

The exterior of the house is a haven of peace for lovers of green spaces and idleness. The landscaped terraces offer relaxing areas with comfortable deckchairs, sofas and tables for lunch or dinner in the shade. The superb landscaped garden with its petanque court invites you to spend convivial moments with family and friends. The heated swimming pool, equipped with an alarm, is ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Corsican sunshine. A barbecue is also available for tasty outdoor grilling.

A short 350-metre private footpath gives direct access to a superb beach with turquoise waters. 


Location

Situated just 20 minutes north of Porto-Vecchio and 40 minutes from Figari airport, the house is ideally located for exploring the region. A short 350-metre private path leads directly to a superb beach with turquoise waters.

Local shops are located 3 kilometres from the house, in the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, and during the summer months, a supermarket and bakery are just a few minutes away in the seaside village of Pinarello.
