These are divided between the main house and its annexes, all with reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and top-of-the-range furniture.
Toulon :
This nearly 300 sqm apartment spans two floors in the main bastide and accommodates 12 people.
On the ground floor, guests will find a vast 120 sqm living/dining area with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a game room with foosball, pinball, and arcade games. There's also a laundry room and a large bedroom, including a 35 sqm Master bedroom with sea view, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom.
The first floor features four additional beautiful bedrooms and a charming living/library with a mezzanine, high ceilings, and a balcony with sea views.
La Garde:
This third flat of the large bastide has a surface area of 55 square metres spread over two floors and can accommodate 2 people.
The ground floor has a living/dining room with and open plan kitchen. There is a bedroom on the first floor.
Les îles d'or :
This single-story house is 60 sqm and accommodates 4 people.
There is a living/dining room with a TV, an open equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms.
Hyères :
This single-storey house of 55 square metres can accomodate 2 people.
There is a living/dining room with television, an open plan fitted kitchen and a bedroom.
La Londe :
This two levels house of 60 square metres can accommodate 2 people.
The ground floor has a living/dining room with television and an open plan fitted kitchen. There is a bedroom on the first floor.
Outdoors
The various accommodations are spread over this vast property, which offers beautiful and large exteriors.
The Toulon and Le Pradet flats, both open onto a large terrace with dining area, shade sail and sea view.
The houses Les îles d'or, Hyères and La Londe, have their own large terraces with dining areas and equipped with shade sails.
In addition, all guests can enjoy the magnificent heated infinity pool (130 square metres), the swin spa with jacuzzi, the tennis court and the petanque court.
They can also appreciate the charming walking path in the 3 ha wood of the property.
Staff & Services
The price includes bath amenities, a housekeeping service 2 times a week for stays of more than 7 days, replacement of towels and replacement of bed linen once a week.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating or additional housekeeping.
Note: The pool is heated from mid-April to the end of October.
Location
Le Mas de Benilde is located in the charming tourist resort of Le Pradet, which has retained the authentic charm of southern villages, between wild pine forests and heavenly beaches. Guests will find charming local shops in the centre. Everything is within walking distance : the town square, the supermarket, the wine cellars, the restaurants, the pharmacy, the beaches, the cycle paths...
Various supermarkets are 10-15 minutes away from the property (Grand Var with Printemps, H&M, Zara and many other brands, Village des Marques Avenue 83...).
The surrounding area is full of activities : city bike or mountain bike rides, hiking on the coastal path and discovery trails, nature walks in the Colle Noire massif and Courbebaisse wood, underwater path in the Bay of La Garonne, swimming, scuba diving... The villa is located 5 kilometres from the Valgarde golf course and 25 kilometres from the Valcros golf course.
Travellers will also be close to the two most picturesque beaches of the seaside resort of Le Pradet, ideally situated on the still wild coast of Provence : Bonnettes beach (300 metres away) and Monaco beach. They can also enjoy the beaches of Garonne, Oursinières and Pin de Galle.
The property is 8 kilometres from Toulon and 14 from Hyères.
