The house has bright, welcoming living spaces. The tastefully decorated living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing in front of the TV or chatting around the fireplace. The dining room/patio, with its large picture windows, offers uninterrupted views of the seascape, creating the perfect setting for meals with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, will delight food lovers who want to prepare delicious meals.


Outdoors 

The vast garden with its trees stretches right down to the sea, offering direct access to the beach. The terrace is an essential living space, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, ideal for enjoying sunny days. The swimming pool (which can be heated) is a real oasis of relaxation. For water sports enthusiasts, two kayaks and a paddle board are available. Outdoor games such as table tennis and jeu de boules promise great moments of conviviality.
