Note: The fifth bedroom is a 2-bedroom suite, making it ideal for families.

The residence is spread over 320m². The interiors reflect timeless elegance through tastefully appointed communal living spaces. A large, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a bar that encourages gatherings, sits alongside several indoor dining rooms, a formal lounge and a convivial family room stocked with books, games and a television. Access to the first floor, where you will find the sleeping area, is via an original wooden staircase, framed by period bay windows, reinforcing the feeling of stepping back in time in a refined setting. The estate is also fully air-conditioned and equipped with a Wi-Fi fibre connection, meeting modern demands for comfort and connectivity.


Outdoors 

Spread over two hectares, the grounds of the estate offer a veritable paradise of nature, leisure and relaxation. The heated swimming pool (14 x 2.7 m - depth: 0.3 to 1.5 m), nestled in the walls of the former orangery, invites you to take a relaxing dip, surrounded by sun loungers to contemplate the lush greenery. A covered terrace hosts your meals around a large table seating 14, complemented by a barbecue and an outdoor area for convivial moments. For sports and games enthusiasts, a boules pitch, table tennis table and mölkky game provide a variety of entertainment. The verdant opulence of the grounds is enhanced by exotic trees, vibrant flowers and the majestic presence of a rare American Sequoia.
The property also has 10 parking spaces.


Staff & Services

The price includes a daily maid service from 8am to 11am (excluding rooms).
For a personalised stay, various additional services are available (on request and at an extra cost): tasting of Domaine wines, organisation of activities and excursions, continental breakfast, services of a private chef, dry cleaning and change of linen, and chauffeur services to make getting around easier.


Location

Ideally located, the estate offers unrivalled proximity to the region's attractions. Montpellier's lively city centre is less than 10 minutes away by car, giving you easy access to its cultural and gastronomic riches. Golf enthusiasts are just a short drive away, while the magnificent Mediterranean beaches are just 15 minutes away by car. Montpellier airport is less than 15 minutes away.
