Villa Abyss is the ideal place to go for a couple, friends or a family looking for comfort, modern property and tranquility.  The living space and pool area in this unique one-bedroom villa is all on one level with access via a wheelchair-friendly pathway which leads through the gardens to the car parking space. The emphasis, however, remains on outdoor living, with the indoor space flowing through to the external terrace and the stylish al fresco dining area. Covered by a specially-designed pergola, which extends over part of the pool, this provides shade whilst also letting the Mediterranean sun filter through.


Indoors

The living and sleeping areas are in two separated buildings with a stone walkway to access the two buildings. The living spaces have a lot of natural sunlight. The sofa allows one extra person to sleep in the house. The modern fully equipped kitchen is open plan with a dining area close.
The two bedrooms provide panoramic sea views. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a dressing area and a bath facing the sea.

Outdoors

The view the terrace is offering you is breathtaking : you have a view over the sea, over the mountains and over the Greek vegetation, a lot of green areas. This is a unique view.
You can admire it from the swimming pool since its facing the beauty of the nature.
There is a pergola and a small relaxing area in the shade with couchs and a small table, perfect to have a drink while chatting and enjoying your holidays.

Facing north east, the villa Abyss is set in rural hillside surroundings 3 km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.
