Villa Ilios

In summary

Villa Ilios is a new constriction, opened in july 2020. Located just above Lourdas bay, it is close to the nature in a completely private, exclusive and peaceful environment. Hundreds of olive trees surround the property. Situated on a hill, the house has both fantastic sea and mountain views (Mount Ainos). Its design mixes contemporary, cycladic and kefalonian styles. The smallest details have been carefully considered and only high-quality materials have been chosen to help make each stay comfortable and cosy.

Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 6
Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared. WC are shared.

Room 9
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared. WC are shared.

Room 10
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 4 single beds. , with shower.

Room 11
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Possibility to install a baby cot in a room for two.

Note: the 11th bedroom will be available from the 15th of June 2024.


Indoors

The property is divided in 3 independant parts in order to enjoy the views. Each room has its own private terrace :
- One main house with a pergola set up for all meals, with a living room and a TV room with a library,
- One house with 4 rooms for 2 or 3 guests,
- One house with 3 rooms for 2 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, double fridge, 2 dishwashers, double plancha area in the main pergola and dining area for 26 people.


Outdoors

The infinity pool of 17 x 9 meters is surrounded by a large 280 sqm terrace. A fully equipped outside summer kitchen located below the pool with barbecue, fridge and dishwasher is available with its terrace and a fantastic view on Lourdas bay.
Plenty of spaces are available all around. 


Location

The villa is located 800 m away from Lourdas beach, in the south west of Kefalonia, Ionian Island. This beach is the closest to the house. You will find traditional tavernas, bars, mini-markets. You can also rent sunbeds or motorboats, to reach the wildest beaches in the neighborhood. Close to the home, there are 2 wild beaches, Sissia and Lefka beach, only accessible by walk. Great hikes in Mount Ainos Natural Park are recommended!
