The villa is located in a large and beautiful private property in North Eastern Sardinia so there are virtually no constructions in the eyesight. The villa was built in 1976 by a famous Italian architect called Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
The villa is located in a small bay and has straight access to its sandy beach which is 50 metres from the villa. The bay forms a well protected natural harbour even for large yachts. The villa enjoys exceptional views.
