Bedrooms

The house sleeps up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children).
Bedroom 4 is mainly intended for children or teenagers, as it is equipped with bunk beds.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Children bedroom, Ground level. This bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, balcony.


Indoors

The interior features a refined design in which concrete, glass and pine decking blend harmoniously. The large picture windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the garden and surrounding meadow.
The large lounge and dining room, separated by a modern fireplace, form the heart of the house, with an open-plan kitchen that invites conviviality. A TV room on the mezzanine is perfect for relaxing. 


Outdoors

The vast 23-hectare estate is an invitation to explore, whether for leisurely strolls through the meadow or simply relaxing on the front lawn. An outdoor seating area, complete with sofas and a table for 12, allows alfresco dining to be enjoyed with breathtaking views. The property also boasts an enclosed outdoor swimming pool (11 x 6m - Depth : 1.6m), which can be heated on request (at an additional cost).
There is also a children's play area and a sports field for football and volleyball.


Location

Situated in Muda, a charming little hamlet in the Comporta region, the villa enjoys a privileged location. Just an hour and 15 minutes' drive from Lisbon, it is 15 minutes from the friendly village of Carvalhal. The golden sandy beaches of Pego and Carvalhal are within easy reach, a 15-minute drive away, while the picturesque village of Comporta and the lively town of Grândola are just a 20-minute drive away. This ideal location between land and sea allows you to enjoy the region to the full, while offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
