Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room, private balcony.


Indoors 

This is a modern house with contemporary decoration. After entering via a spacious entrance hall, you will see a colorfoul living area that gives access to the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the terrace.The living areas have a lot of natural light. The dining area is large enough for 10 people and offers a view on the swimming pool.


Outdoors

The terrace has outdoor furniture, a table protected by a beach ombrella, perfect to enjoy a barbecue. The deckchairs around the private swimming pool will allow you to get a tan.  The garden has 2000m2 of space with 60 hectares. You will be surrounded by Portuguese vegetation.


Location 

The house is located in the Parque Nacional da Serra da Arrabida, 5 Km away from beautiful beaches and close to Vila Nogueira de Azeitao – a small historic town surrounded by the national park and well known for its vineyards and wine cellars open to the public. Arrabida beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, and boasts a natural bay with calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The local pretty village of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão is 2km away and has shops and supermarkets (even a “intermarché”) for your daily requirements.


Notes 

Prices are quoted for up to 8 people. Add €100/week per additional person. Maximum 10 people.
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
A car is essential for this holiday as there is no public transport to the villa.
