Indoors
This beautiful farmhouse offers a building of 700 square metres. Guests can enjoy various living areas such as the two living rooms with very special furnitures and italian antique fireplace, the dinning room with antique oak wood table, the library office with desk and fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry area.
The house offers four bedrooms, with private bathrooms and terraces.
Outdoors
The property has large and incredible outdoor, with amazing views to field and from where it is possible to admire unique and unforgettable sunsets.
The house is surrounded by porches and pergolas and guests can enjoy two dinning room, a charcoal barbecue, chill out areas and a large saltwater pool.
There are also an organic vegetable garden and a Mediterranean garden with magnificent centenary olives trees and an extensive variety of plants .
The villa has a private parking.
Staff & Services
The price includes a daily housekeeping (4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday), a maid service washing and ironing clothes, a weekly change of sheets and towels, garden and salt water maintenance, pool towels, a welcome pack basket, daily fresh bread, Netflix tv, air conditioning, heating, security systems, and concierge service for Restaurants or activities reservations.
The villa also offers guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, chef services, breakfasts, car with driver, massages, yoga, pilates, bikes, airport transferts and various activities and excursion.
