The villa offers impressive seaviews and is situated only 700 meters away from Playa La Fustera with its lovely chirinquitos. The villa's sun-drenched experience stands for a looser kind of luxury, organic tones, shapes and decoration, abundant ocean breezes, sweeping sea views and physical, mental and spiritual uplifting. The villa offers three separate quarters with their own private entrances, terraces and cozy hideaway corners. The villa's tranquil salt water pool is heated year-round and therefore the magic is not limited to Spring and Summer.

Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom outside the room, private, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, minibar, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, sofa, living area, TV, minibar, safe, dressing room, private terrace.


Indoors

The Villa offers three separate quarters with their own private entrances, terraces and cozy hideaway corners. The five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and two livings are divided over the property and are partially connectable to create the ideal setting for groups. While privacy is a well-deserved luxury, the Pool Deck offers a communal space to celebrate your special getaway together, relax, unwind, dine, throw a BBQ on the grill or organize a workshop for all the guests. The tranquil salt water pool is heated year-round and therefore the magic is not limited to Spring and Summer. Check out our spaces below:

• The Fustera Apartment (1st floor): A spacious apartment offering a lounge area, a dining area, dreamy views over the valley and the sea, a gas fireplace, air-conditioning in every room, completely SMEG equipped kitchen with, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, a washing machine, filtered drinking tap water, Nespresso coffeemaker, family size toaster and a gas hob. It has its own covered terrace to escape the sun privately and an extended balcony which attracts the latest afternoon and evening sun. A perfect family apartment suited for up to 6 guests or for a smaller company that prefers some extra bedrooms to store their luggage and garderobes. 
• ​The Advocat apartment (ground level): A luxurious one-bedroom hideaway with its’s own private bathroom, kingsize bed, open kitchen, living- and diningroom and an outdoor terrace with sunlounges and a dining table. The SMEG equipped kitchen offers a fridge, washing machine, oven, induction hob, toaster, tea kettle, Nespresso Coffeemaker and a filtered drinking water installation. The lounge seats up to 5 guests and is equipped with a television, air-conditioning, Bluetooth speaker, games and books. 
• The Baladrar Suite (ground level): The villa's little pearl, the suite offers a private entrance and outdoor lounge area, an in-room loungearea with a SMEG minifridge, Nespresso Coffeemaker, tea kettle, Bluetooth speaker, television, air-conditioning and an en-suite private bathroom with heated mirrors.
